The Zero Air generator with Compressor series from Apex produces clean, hydrocarbon free air. These Zero Air generators use catalytic combustion to produce flow rates of up to 40 liters per minute. They feature Integral compressors for stand alone operation.

Description:
Apex's Zero Air generators with compressor use specialised catalytic technology to produce a flow of hydrocarbon-free air with low power consumption. The Zero Air with compressor is designed to be a simple plug and play device. All that needs to be connected is power and the Zero Air outlet. The integral compressor means that no air in connection is required and offers true stand alone operation. Each model in the range is designed to handle a maximum flow rate for optimal hydrocarbon removal.
The Zero Air with compressor range is designed for constant use within laboratories and other applications. They operate by using catalytic combustion of hydrocarbons in the supply of compressed air from the compressor with minimum power consumption . The compact size of the Zero Air generators allows them to be positioned under a workbench close to your application if desired and all models feature castors for easy positioning.
Maintenance of a Zero Air generator is very easy. All service parts are located in positions that allow for easy access.
As an option each Zero Air generator with Compressor can be fitted with an integral air dryer to remove any water generated during the hydrocarbon removal process. With the integrated dryer the Zero Air generator with compressor will produce air that is clean, dry and hydrocarbon free.
