HB Publications and Training International, is an expert provider of books, online assessments, continuous professional development (CPD) courses, and training to the public and not for profit sector. Our staff have over 30 years experience of training public sector and non-profit organisations worldwide. We specialise in improving the financial competency of those working in the public and non-profit sectors.

The company was founded by Chartered Accounts and MBA graduates, Lascelles Hussey and Jennifer Bean. They have worked with a wide range of companies and organisations delivering training and consultancy services. They are also authors of the series of books called “Essential skills for the public sector”. With the growing demand for flexible online solutions to training and development, the Directors developed an innovative online system to assess competencies in a range of financial and key management areas. All our training can be tailored and designed to meet the needs of individual organisations.
