The Machine Tool Coolant Recycling System (Wogaard Coolant Saver) reclaims the soluble coolant that accumulates at the bottom of the swarf bins. Reduce-Reuse-Recycle coolant and benefit from up to 50% in new coolant orders and up to 90% in disposal costs.

The Machine Tool Coolant Recycling System (Wogaard Coolant Saver) Specification:
- Operating Pressure - 1 to 45 Bar (not for use on higher pressure pumps).
- Suction Capacity -0.5 to -0.8bar (Valve control).
- Collection Rate - Approx. 1Litre/min.
- Mounting - Can be used on Floor, waist or head high pumps to approx. 3m Height.
- Collection Tube Length - Vacuum Cup can be up to 10m from Coolant Saver unit.

- Coolant Saver Unit.
- Vacuum (Filtered) with 3m 6mm PU Hose *can be increased as much as 10 metres.
- 1.5m - 12mm Hose Outlet.
