How does sliding head neat oil recycling equipment work?

Wogaard developed its sliding head neat oil recycling equipment to help machining centres reduce waste and save money. The oil saver kit has a vacuum cup head that goes in the bottom of a swarf bin. The vacuum head sucks up neat oil and returns it to the machine via a polyurethane hose.

The neat oil saver receives power from the machine’s coolant pump, so it doesn’t require an additional power source. The kit is easy to install, simple to use and almost maintenance free, so it’s suitable for any business. Multiple fitting kits are available, so the oil saver works on a range of cutting/CNC machines.

The sliding head cutting oil recovery kit contains:

Three-metre, six-millimetre polyurethane hose (can be extended to five metres)
